Evidently, the Democratic thoughtmeisters do not believe they have dumbed us down enough yet to guarantee their perpetual safety. Dangerous (meaning congressionally/academically unapproved) ideas still have ways of sneaking between the cracks into our brains. Thus the need for legislation, or maybe just intimidation, to de-stimulate our minds into servitude.
