That being said, it might not be God. And it might not be coincidence.

Back when I was involved in patent litigation with our #1 competitor (who was based in southern California), most of our cases somehow ended up in court a few miles from our headquarters in PA. And ALWAYS in January or February.

And every ‘neutral location’ case with them ended up in our #2 competitor’s city of Chicago.  And always in January or February.

Maybe it was an act of God.   Maybe not.</description>
