The court errs

On my earlier, funnier blog:

The court, as a general rule, has no idea how the Internet really works, and tends to rely on the court’s young clerks to explain it to the court. But usually the court errs in this regard.

Why should you miss out on literary gems and stunning societal scalpelry like this just because you don’t like trademark law?
