However in subsequent interviews she said that she viewed Kingsley Shacklebot's ascension to Minister of Magic to be a turning where the wizarding world is returned to a time of good governance. It seems to be that she may well believe in a good bureaucracy - if the right people are in charge. She gives no indication of any fundamental change in Wizards' self government, other than a change in personnel. i.e. I don't think she's the libertarian many people make her out to be.
